Affordability

We offer an automatic tuition discounts for families with 2 or more children enrolled at St. John the Baptist.  Families with students in multiple programs should apply for a tuition assistance grant (i.e. Toddler and Elementary, Children's House and Elementary, etc.).  We offer many generous tuition assistance grants thanks to the generosity of the greater St. John's community. TADS is the secure and safe company we use to collect the required information to complete a tuition assistance package. Click "Apply for Financial Aid" in the application. Your personal information will always remain confidential.

Multiple Student Discounts

  • 2 children enrolled: $500 off second child's tuition
  • 3 children enrolled: $1,000 off third child's tuition
  • 4 children enrolled: Free tuition for fourth child
  • 5+ children enrolled: St. John the Baptist will work with your family to establish tuition

Schulze Early Learning Scholarship Program

The Schulze Family Foundation offers $500-$3,000 scholarships to middle-class families with a child in his/her last year in a Catholic preschool. (This age is typically a child's second year in the Children's House). Please view the document here to find out more. K-8 Scholarships

Knights of Columbus Grant Application

As a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, there are funds available through the Father Cushen Catholic Schools Grant for grades K-8.  Please view the document here to find out more.

 

Aim Higher Foundation Scholarship

The Aim Higher Foundation provides scholarships to children whose families are seeking tuition assistance for a K-8 Catholic education in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Find out more information here. The scholarship application for the 2020-2021 school year is now open.

The Aim Higher Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of additional $1,000 tuition-assistance scholarships to attend a Catholic school during the 2020-21 school year. Applications open beginning June 1, 2020 and will be awarded on a rolling basis through August 7, 2020. Find out more information here.

Given the ongoing economic uncertainty due to COVID-19, all applications submitted prior to February 18th will be considered for the summer application cycle. We do encourage families, however, who have experienced financial hardship, particularly, loss of employment, to update their existing TADS applications.
